These translation stages work with a linear motor, stable crossed-roller bearings and a linear encoder. This is a prerequisite for a position resolution of 20 nm, a high load capacity of 20 kg and a speed of up to 200 mm/s.
The SlimLine series offers a repetability of 3 µm and is therefore used for auxiliary tasks in precision systems or as general units for positioning applications with a medium requirement for accuruacy.
VersaPoint allows for precise angular positioning in all 3 axes around a common center of rotation which is above the mounting platform on its edge. Curved and hardened crossed-roller bearings provide precise positioning with a resolution of 0.0005°.
UMC is a 19" rack mount unit which contains all power supplies and drives for up to 6 axes. Typically, the motion controller runs on a separate PC. Alternatively, a programmable logic controller can be used.
The 16x16 matrix switch allows for any combination of 16 electrical inputs with 16 outputs via galvanically isolated relays. Several inputs and outputs can be combined. The control is achieved via serial interface.
