Components and Subassemblies

We have developed several mechanical and electrical compnents for our precision systems which we offer to our customers as single components or subassemblies.

Rapido

Rapido

The laser system Rápido is used for selective laser soldering or similar applications which require a selective heating. Temperature profiles with up to 20 different power levels can be stored.

NanoMove

NanoMove

These translation stages work with a linear motor, stable crossed-roller bearings and a linear encoder. This is a prerequisite for a position resolution of 20 nm, a high load capacity of 20 kg and a speed of up to 200 mm/s.

SlimLinePlus

SlimLinePlus

The SlimLinePlus series is ideally suited for applications requiring a repeatable positioning in the sub micrometer range. They work with a brushless DC motor and an optical encoder.

SlimLine

SlimLine

The SlimLine series offers a repetability of 3 µm and is therefore used for auxiliary tasks in precision systems or as general units for positioning applications with a medium requirement for accuruacy.

ATLAS

ATLAS

The vertical stages fo the ATLAS series have 25 mm or 40 mm travel – with a resolution of 20 nm. A DC motor provides smooth movements.

VersaPoint

VersaPoint

VersaPoint allows for precise angular positioning in all 3 axes around a common center of rotation which is above the mounting platform on its edge. Curved and hardened crossed-roller bearings provide precise positioning with a resolution of 0.0005°.

UMC

UMC

UMC is a 19" rack mount unit which contains all power supplies and drives for up to 6 axes. Typically, the motion controller runs on a separate PC. Alternatively, a programmable logic controller can be used.

16x16 Matrix Switch

16x16 Matrix Switch

The 16x16 matrix switch allows for any combination of 16 electrical inputs with 16 outputs via galvanically isolated relays. Several inputs and outputs can be combined. The control is achieved via serial interface.
